Through its subsidiaries Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd and Astramina Sdn Bhd offers a wide range of specialty food ingredients and taste solutions for Malaysia and export market since 1997, such as seasonings, flavorings, spice oleoresins, natural food coloring, halal animal fats among others.
Segments served currently are savory snack, processed meat, processed seafood, vegetarian, sauces, food service, beverage, confectionery, bakeries, pharmaceutical, as well as resellers.

Astramina Group Berhad’s principal activity is investment holding, was incorporated on 22 January 2019 under the name of Astramina Group Sdn. Bhd, converted into a public limited company under its present name on 17 July 2019 to carry out the proposed listing on 3 December 2019 on the Bursa LEAP market.

Seasonings Specialities Sdn Bhd
Seasonings Specialities Sdn Bhd, established in 1997 has more than 150 variety of seasoning products to date that are used in various food processing industries, for both domestic and foreign markets. Our seasoning products are directly distributed to our end users which are mainly the producers of the processed meat/processed seafood, snack and sauce as well as the F&B operators. We also supply our seasoning products to traders, resellers and agents who will distribute our seasoning products with or without rebranding to their respective end customers. Astramina Sdn Bhd
Astramina Sdn Bhd, established in 1997 also, is involved in the import and distributing of food ingredients which we source from selected top world class food ingredients manufacturers such as food flavourings, spice oleoresins, natural food colouring and other premium specialty food ingredients.

- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated.
- Astramina Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated.
2003
- Astramina Sdn. Bhd established business relationship with Givaudan and was appointed as the official distributor of flavour ingredients in Malaysia (excluding Johor).
2004
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd was awarded with HALAL Certificate of Authentication from JAKIM.
2006
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd obtained 5S certification under the Quality Environment Management System from the National Productivity Corporation.
2007
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd obtained ISO 22000:2005 from Moody International.
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd obtained ISO 9001:2000 from Moody International.
- Astramina Sdn. Bdh obtained ISO 9001:2000 from Moody International.
2008
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd. achieved 3-star rating under the SME Competitiveness Rating for Enhancement from SME Corporation.
2009
- Astramina Sdn Bhd was appointed by Synthite as the distributor of spice oleoresins and natural colours.
2010
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd was awarded with “SME 100 Malaysia’s fast-moving companies” by SME Entrepreneurship Magazine, Malaysia.
2011
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd was certified as Malaysian Brand Certification Scheme by SME Corporation and SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd.
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd was selected as one of HDC (Halal Development Corporation) Focused Companies 2011 – 2012.
2013
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd obtained MeSTI Certificate from Ministry of Health of Malaysia.
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd. purchased Kepong Factory No. 102 and Kepong Factory No. 98.
2015
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd achieved 4-star rating under the SME Competitiveness Rating for Enhancement (Manufacturing & MRS) from SME Corporation.
2016
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd. obtained HACCP Certificate from the Ministry of Health of Malaysia.
2017
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd. obtained FSSC 22000 from Intertek Certification Limited.
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd. purchased Kepong Factory No. 100.
2019
- Astramina Group Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated.
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd. purchased 2 industrial lands at Sendayan TechValley, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan for future factory relocation and expansion.
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd. achieved 5-star rating under the SME Competitiveness Rating for Enhancement (Manufacturing & MRS) from SME Corporation.
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn Bhd was selected by UOB Malaysia to participate in the Finlab Malaysia JOM TRANSFORM Programme.
- Astramina Group Berhad listed on Bursa Leading Entrepreneur Accelerator Platform (LEAP) market.
2020
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn Bhd. obtained VHM certification from Department of Veterinary Services, Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Malaysia.
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd launched online e-commerce consumer products range under brand name POP IN.
2021
- Implementation of GLOBE 3 ERP System.
2022
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd. obtained Vegetarian Trademark.
- Seasonings Specialities Sdn. Bhd. obtained HDC Halal International Business Excellence Awards.
